The town of Sète
Sète: The Venice of the Languedoc, situated between the Thau coastal lake and the Mediterranean Sea, is renowned for its fishing port, its auction market and its jousting competitions.
The Corniche beach, sung about by George Brassens, is also the beach of the Sète people.
All year round, one can take long walks alone, with family or with friends, to recover and revitalise.
In short, it is the ideal family beach, well equipped and supervised and also cleaned daily. There are also other Sète beaches, small wind sheltered coves from the Outlook Post to the modest little beaches on the shores of the Étang de Thau, where the water is delightfully warm.
The choice is yours.
